Most effective to put them in your primary schedule order along the top of chalkboard. Take each down or turn over as you go. This is a helpful visual time line that help special needs children to better understand where they are in a schedule and be able to see what is next and that there is an end.
We will soon also carry small flip books for the children to hold so they can follow along with tactile senses also as they go through the meeting. (we use these in our primary and they are very helpful with focus).
